WallAI LLC operates wallai.org. Questions about this policy go to wali@wallai.org.

Nothing identifies you until you type it into a form. When you do, we collect what the form asks for: name, email, sometimes a practice name, city, phone, and the answers to a short application. Calculators store the inputs and outputs you chose to save, only when you enter an email.

Two first-party cookies record how you found us: the campaign parameters on the link you arrived by, the referring site, the first page you landed on, and a timestamp. They contain no personal data and expire after ninety days.

We never ask for patient information and you should never send any. Nothing on this site is designed to hold it.

Analytics and advertising tags load through Google Tag Manager and start in a denied state under Consent Mode v2. They run only if you choose "Allow measurement" in the cookie notice. If you choose "Essential only", nothing beyond the site's own operation runs.

With consent, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel measure visits and form completions. When you submit a form, the same event is also reported server side to Meta's Conversions API and to Google Analytics with a matching event id, using a hashed email so the two reports deduplicate. Vercel Analytics records page views without cookies.

Submissions are stored in Supabase (Postgres, United States) as the system of record and mirrored to Airtable, which we use as a working list. Email is sent through Resend from updates.wallai.org; every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing stops the sequence immediately.
