Patients should find you before they need a referral.

We build the site, the digital clone and the audience you own. Film once. Ever. It keeps producing. You keep it.

Why good clinicians stay invisible.

Not because the work is bad. Because the three things that make a practice visible are the three things a clinic day leaves no room for.

  • Your reputation lives on someone else's platform

Google, Healthgrades and Instagram own the relationship. You get a profile, and the profile can be changed, buried or removed without your say.

  • Referrals are a relationship, not a channel

They work until the referring doctor retires, moves, or gets a call from someone else. Most practices have no idea how concentrated their referral volume is until it drops.

  • You do not have time, and that is the real blocker

A clinic day leaves nothing for a camera. Every content plan you have been sold assumed hours you do not have, and a reshoot every month, which is why it lasted six weeks.

What we actually build.

Four states. The first one is the only one that ever needs you in the room, and it happens once.

  1. 01

    Film, once, ever

Ninety minutes, in a studio or in your clinic. A photographer and a videographer, lit properly. We bring the questions your patients ask and you answer them the way you already do in the room. You are never asked back.

  2. 02

    Clone

Your face and your voice, trained from that one session. It only ever says a script you approved, and it does not age out when the footage runs low, because it is not footage.

  3. 03

    Calendar, every month, no camera

Twenty-five posts, twelve Reels and four carousels a month, on a 30 day calendar you see before any of it goes out. Two minutes a script to approve. Nobody books a crew.

  4. 04

Publish, for as long as you want

Posted on your channels, in your voice, every day. Next month is scripted from your patients' new questions. The month after, the same. The shoot already happened.

What happens when you stop paying?

With an agency, the leads stop the day the card declines. With a production crew, the content stops when the footage runs out, and they come back next month for another shoot. We film you once, ever, and the clone keeps producing. The category charges $1,500 to $5,000 a month for the rented kind.

Why it costs what it costsAd spend and headcountCrew days, every monthHeadcountThe expensive part is built once. After that the marginal cost is software, so the price follows volume.

Market figures are category ranges, not quotes from any named company. Ours are on the pricing page and in one file, so they cannot drift.

Owned, not rented.

Paid reach is rented. The day the budget stops, the audience goes back to the platform. A list you can email, a site you control and a clone that keeps posting are owned. They are still there in month thirteen.

That is the whole reason the system is priced by volume. The expensive part, the session and the clone and the site, is built once. Everything after that compounds on it, and nobody has to clear a clinic day for a camera again.

We have run this inside a real practice, for a year, across five clinics.

We have run this inside a real practice, for a year, across five clinics.

Before WallAI, our founder spent a year as Digital Transformation Executive at the Center for Wellness and Pain Care, a five-location practice across Nevada and Georgia. The work covered fifteen years of records migrated into one platform, bookings, prescriptions and invoicing automated, and the providers' own personal brand and short-form content programme.

During that period the practice reached a 4.3 out of 5 satisfaction rating and its lead physician was named Best of Las Vegas 2023. That award belongs to the clinician, not to us. What we can claim is the system underneath it, and it is the one on this page.

  • Fifteen years of records

Migrated from paper and three legacy systems into one platform, without a day of closed doors.

  • Bookings, prescriptions, invoicing

Automated end to end, so front desk time went to patients instead of re-keying.

  • The providers on camera

A filming cadence and a publishing calendar for five clinics, which is where this product came from, and where we learned that the reshoot is the part that kills it.

Questions people ask first

Find out where you actually stand.

Eight questions, about two minutes, no email required to see the result. The bar is the practice that posts daily, so the score is honest about the gap.

Search, social proof, content and owned audience, each scored. The three fixes that move it most, with what the market charges to do them and what they cost inside the system.

Or skip the forms and pick a time.
